Bugs Fixed
BES X
! SuperTouch* Device stuck on loading screen
When a player tried to access the Pinspotter functionalities or open any app of the SuperTouch, this could freeze on the loading screen, and a force restart was required to get the SuperTouch operational again. Now, after a few seconds, the loading screen closes automatically, allowing the player to go back to the normal function of the device. CAS-176593-N6H4T8
SuperTouch* Conflicting Recovery Systems
The presence of two conflicting recovery systems prevented the inter process of SuperTouch from being correctly restarted resulting in the device going black. The old recovery mechanism has been removed Several versions came out with both recovery systems so now one has been removed, and the most recent one is the only one operating in the system.
SuperTouch* Device froze when opening the Bowler Photo app without players
An error could occur when opening the Bowler Photo app from the on-lane SuperTouch console, and the lane has no bowlers. The app tried to reboot automatically but kept crashing until the lane was closed and Supertouch restarted. The crashes generated log files that eventually filled up the SuperTouch disk until it became unusable.
SuperTouch* Memory Leak caused a device malfunction
Due to a memory leak, which was completely unsystematic and caused by the SuperTouch uptime, the device became unresponsive. It was necessary to reboot the device to make it operational again. Technical improvements have now been made to reduce this risk.
SuperTouch* Unresponsive Main Menu
The Main Menu of the SuperTouch might become randomly unresponsive so much that it was necessary to reboot the device to make it operational again.
Installation, Upgrade & Licenses
Virtual lanes did not work in demo installations
Due to an incorrect VDBIP value in the registry following the installation with demo score, the virtual lanes did not work as they should have.
Score files installed with "Spare Server" option not enabled
Conqueror installed all the score files, although the "Spare Server" option was disabled. This resulted in a time-consuming process as the installation of these files was not required. CAS-176370-Z3V0J1
Working Copy Monitor minimized instead of being displayed as icon
Each time the PC with the Working Copy starts, the Working Copy window is displayed minimized instead of being an icon next to the Windows clock. If the user opened the minimized window and clicked "Hide", the Working Copy window would turn into a red icon. CAS-176202-J8J0H5
Unable to save logs message when installing the Working Copy
When installing the Working Copy, a message appeared notifying the user that it was not possible to save the logs. To continue the installation, it was sufficient to close the window.

CandlePin* Unable to correct score using the front desk keyboard
When using the score correction feature from the Conqueror Terminal, unlike TenPin bowling, it was not possible to correct the score using the front desk keyboard. The only way to change the score was by clicking on each pin. CAS-177866-W5T5N3
Error message when uploading programs to lanes
The system returned the "Communication with Lane Server Lost" error while uploading the programs to the lanes. However, regardless of the error message, the upload to the lanes was successful. The system kept wrongly informing the operator that the upload programs to lanes were required. The error occurred when a large number of lanes had to upload the programs. CAS-172232-M8Y4D6

When the operator clicked on the Price Key button after selecting only one bowler on the first page, this would not open. The error did not occur when selecting a player on the second page. CAS-177874-M8C4G5
The Lane Control could not handle TCS errors correctly
After reporting an error, the TCS locked the lane that the operator was about to open. Conqueror warned the operator that the lane opening had been placed in a queue with an error message. However, when the system fixed the error, the lane did not open automatically, and all information got lost. Now a specific message informs the operator that the lane opening cannot continue. The only way to open the Waiting List was by deleting the item causing the system to crash from the database.
