SuperTouch* Device froze when opening the Bowler Photo app without players | An error could occur when opening the Bowler Photo app from the on-lane
SuperTouch console, and the lane has no bowlers. The app tried to reboot
automatically but kept crashing until the lane was closed and Supertouch
restarted. The crashes generated log files that eventually filled up the
SuperTouch disk until it became unusable. |
SuperTouch* Memory Leak caused a device malfunction | Due to a memory leak, which was completely unsystematic and caused by the
SuperTouch uptime, the device became unresponsive. It was necessary to reboot
the device to make it operational again. Technical improvements have now been
made to reduce this risk. |
SuperTouch* Unresponsive Main Menu | The Main Menu of the SuperTouch might become randomly unresponsive so much that

lanes that had not been opened in pair mode, and four players had been added on

The Lane Control could not handle TCS errors correctly | After reporting an error, the TCS locked the lane that the operator was about
to open. Conqueror warned the operator that the lane opening had been placed in
a queue with an error message. However, when the system fixed the error, the
lane did not open automatically, and all information got lost. Now a specific
message informs the operator that the lane opening cannot continue.

generated more fiscal terminals than there actually were. |
German Market* Error on Terminal Serial | The terminal serial was not available in some operating system installations.
Now, the "Volume ID" of the C: disk of the terminal, which is always present,
is stored in the Terminal Serial. |
| MMS | MMS Setup plugin crashed | A system error occurred when opening the BES-X Advertising module. Sometimes,
Conqueror crashed and went right to the desktop without any warning message. |
Conqueror run slowly when MMS devices do not communicate | Conqueror was significantly slow down when more than five MMS devices were
configured in Conqueror, and all were not communicating because turned off or
disconnected. |
| Waiting List | Waiting List crashed when adding TimeGame Items | An error occurred when adding a TimeGame Item to the Waiting List. If the
operator tried to re-open the Waiting List after adding a TimeGame item,
Conqueror returned a system error, and it was no longer possible to access it.
The only way to open the Waiting List was by deleting the item causing the
system to crash from the database. |
| Miscellaneous | Unexpected and random system error | Conqueror could rarely return a system error in a completely random and
unexpected way. The error was caused by the Timer that periodically tests the
state of the system. |
| Shifts | Plug-ins excessive slowness | The Shift Management, Waiting List, and Tip Management plug-ins were
excessively slow. Some technical improvements have been made to improve the
performance of these plug-ins. |
| Leagues | Error when accessing the Payment Setup | Conqueror returned a system error when creating a new League, and then the
operator accessed the Payment Setup without saving the League first. |
| Payments | Items vanished after Split Tab | An error occurred during the payment procedure of a tab, previously saved, that
the operator had tried to split. The items vanished from both tabs when the
operator clicked the Save button in the PaySplit module. To view the items, the

| Reservations | Missing notes without the Advanced Reservation license | The operator was able to add notes when first creating a reservation, but when
